NOTE: We have a sample kit available. We do not offer free samples. All of our products are made fresh to order. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on wholesale products. All orders will be shipped through USPS.

Bear Game Official LLC, or any of its employees, will not be responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages made or caused by USPS shipping options. Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot control the mishandling or misuse or the shipping companies. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any and all tax, custom, and port fees your country may charge you at the time of pick up. Bear Game Official is not responsible for any fees or charges that may occur at the time of pick up at customs.
