Mr. Anderson, Jr. conducted specialized and complex multi-phase projects in the Middle East (Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan), Africa (Egypt, Kenya) and Southeast Asia (Japan, South Korea). Along with his vast technical background in electrical engineering and security, Mr. Anderson, Jr. brings a positive attitude and spirit to any job or task. Key skills and core competencies include electronics installation, wire system repair, network communications, database management,fiber optics, radars and sensors (RF Theory), and physical security. Mr. Anderson, Jr. has years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, most recently with SAIC in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Gary Glenn has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry and over 10 years of experience as a basketball coach. The combination of skills obtained in both of these areas are valuable assets for the Beard Game family. As a singer and musician, Mr. Glenn is a member of the multi-platinum group professionally known as Silk. He has toured the world and shared stages with many of today’s most recognizable artists. Television performances include “The Tonight Show,” “The American Music Awards,” and more recently The BET Awards.
As a basketball coach, Mr. Glenn has been NCAA Certified for six years. He is currently the Associate Athletic Director and Head Varsity Basketball Coach at North Atlanta Christian Flight. Mr. Glenn spent last summer as an assistant coach on the staff of former NBA player Walter Jordan (Team Impact). His extensive resume makes him uniquely qualified to network within the celebrity, sports, and entertainment industries.

His professional accolades span over a 27-year period of electrical/electronic technology, form a proud member of local Union 98, to a 15-year contracting career for the United States of America Armed Forces. He has severed us in some of the world’s most austere environments Iraq, Afghanistan, Djibouti etc.
His unquenchable thirst for entrepreneurial endeavors led him and his team to develop the world’s most prominent beard grooming brand “Beard-Game” he also has played a quiet, but major role in various other well-known brands. His vision for men’s hair and skin care practice is filled with ideas of un-paralleled proportion. Growing up in Philadelphia (PHILLY) has had a great impact, studying the melting pot of cultures that (South Philadelphia) embraces, it helps Isaac keep his finger on the pulse of what’s next in men’s fashion, grooming, and lifestyle trends. He say’s keeping a relatable energy with the youth and a connective bond with his peers is key. He believes balance is the inner-peace all humans strive for, so joining a team to develop this amazing product was a “no brainer”.
